Dear friends of Saint Dumitru Monastery,
Feast Day. We have the joy of inviting you to our monastery’s fall feast day, in honor of Saint Dimitrie the New, which we will celebrate on Saturday, October 28. His Eminence Metropolitan Nicolae will be present in our midst, together with a large number of priests. Vespers will be served on Friday evening beginning at 7pm, and the Divine Liturgy for the feast will begin on Saturday at 10am.

Pavilion Iconography. By God’s grace, and by your efforts and prayers, we have commissioned eight icons that will adorn the spire of our pavilion. Five of these icons are prepared and we hope to inaugurate them at our fall feast day. These icons will serve as a Christian witness to the presence of our Lord and His Saints for everyone who visits our monastery. Our deepest gratitude to the iconographer, the donors, and everyone who has supported this project.
