Acest Apostol d\u0103 \u0219i o defini\u021bie a robilor lui Dumnezeu. \u201eDeci, dac\u0103 este cineva \u00een Hristos, este f\u0103ptur\u0103 nou\u0103; cele vechi au trecut, iat\u0103 toate s-au f\u0103cut noi\u201d (5, 17). \u00cen parantez\u0103 fie spus, acesta este \u0219i drumul nostru, de la omul vechi la omul nou, care este o na\u0219tere. Care, asemenea oric\u0103rei na\u0219teri, nu este u\u0219oar\u0103 pentru c\u0103 implic\u0103 o moarte, moartea omului vechi.<\/p>\n<p>\t\u201e\u015ei toate sunt de la Dumnezeu, Care ne-a \u00eemp\u0103cat cu Sine prin Hristos \u015fi Care ne-a dat nou\u0103 slujirea \u00eemp\u0103c\u0103rii. Pentru c\u0103 Dumnezeu era \u00een Hristos, \u00eemp\u0103c\u00e2nd lumea cu Sine \u00eensu\u015fi, nesocotindu-le gre\u015felile lor \u015fi pun\u00e2nd \u00een noi cuv\u00e2ntul \u00eemp\u0103c\u0103rii. \u00cen numele lui Hristos, a\u015fadar, ne \u00eenf\u0103\u0163i\u015f\u0103m ca mijlocitori, ca \u015fi cum \u00censu\u015fi Dumnezeu v-ar \u00eendemna prin noi. V\u0103 rug\u0103m, \u00een numele lui Hristos, \u00eemp\u0103ca\u0163i-v\u0103 cu Dumnezeu!\u201d (18\u201320) Sf\u00e2ntul Pavel le spune s\u0103 se \u00eempace cu Dumnezeu. \u0218i vedem la noi, c\u0103 de\u0219i aparent suntem \u00een pace cu toat\u0103 lumea, la nivel de inim\u0103 putem detecta unele mi\u0219c\u0103ri, inima poate s\u0103 r\u0103neasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 fie r\u0103nit\u0103 \u00eentr-o secund\u0103, poate s\u0103 resping\u0103 pe cineva foarte repede. De\u0219i oamenii par c\u0103 nici nu detecteaz\u0103, este ceva foarte important. P\u0103rintele Arsenie Papacioc spunea c\u0103 atunci c\u00e2nd respingem pe cineva din inima noastr\u0103, Hristos sufer\u0103 o \u00eentreag\u0103 r\u0103stignire.<\/p>\n<p>\tDumnezeu ne zice prin Sf\u00e2ntul Pavel s\u0103 ne \u00eemp\u0103c\u0103m cu El. \u0218tim, din alte scrieri ale Apostolilor, c\u0103 nu suntem \u00eemp\u0103ca\u021bi cu El. De exemplu, \u0219tim c\u0103 p\u0103catul este vr\u0103jm\u0103\u0219ie \u00eempotriva lui Dumnezeu. \u0218i \u201ePrietenia lumii este du\u015fm\u0103nie fa\u0163\u0103 de Dumnezeu. Cine deci va voi s\u0103 fie prieten cu lumea se face vr\u0103jma\u015f lui Dumnezeu\u201d (Iacov 4, 4); \u201eDorin\u0163a c\u0103rnii este vr\u0103jm\u0103\u015fie \u00eempotriva lui Dumnezeu, c\u0103ci nu se supune legii lui Dumnezeu, c\u0103 nici nu poate\u201d (Romani 8, 7). Iar dac\u0103 este vorba de p\u0103cat, nu cred c\u0103 este om care s\u0103 tr\u0103iasc\u0103 o zi \u0219i s\u0103 nu p\u0103c\u0103tuiasc\u0103. Deci, dac\u0103 p\u0103c\u0103tuim, ne cerem iertare \u0219i revenim. E cuv\u00e2ntul acela d\u0103t\u0103tor de n\u0103dejde din Pateric de la Avva Pimen: \u201eAvva, c\u00e2t are p\u0103catul putere asupra omului?\u201d \u0219i r\u0103spunde Avva Pimen: \u201eP\u00e2n\u0103 zice omul, \u00abIart\u0103-m\u0103\u00bb.\u201d M\u00e2ntuitorul a\u0219a este. La El c\u00e2nd am zis: \u201eIart\u0103-m\u0103\u201d, gata ne-a \u0219i iertat. De aceea, trebuie s\u0103 avem tot timpul g\u00e2ndul acesta s\u0103 ne \u00eemp\u0103c\u0103m cu Dumnezeu.<\/p>\n<p>\tContinu\u0103 Sf\u00e2ntul Pavel: \u201eFiind, dar, \u00eempreun\u0103-lucr\u0103tori cu Hristos, v\u0103 \u00eendemn\u0103m s\u0103 nu primi\u0163i \u00een zadar harul lui Dumnezeu. (...) Ci \u00een toate \u00eenf\u0103\u0163i\u015f\u00e2ndu-ne pe noi \u00een\u015fine ca slujitori ai lui Dumnezeu, \u00een mult\u0103 r\u0103bdare, \u00een necazuri, \u00een nevoi, \u00een str\u00e2mtor\u0103ri; \u00een b\u0103t\u0103i, \u00een temni\u0163\u0103, \u00een tulbur\u0103ri, \u00een osteneli, \u00een privegheri, \u00een posturi; \u00een cur\u0103\u0163ie, \u00een cuno\u015ftin\u0163\u0103, \u00een \u00eendelung\u0103-r\u0103bdare, \u00een bun\u0103tate, \u00een Duhul Sf\u00e2nt, \u00een dragoste nef\u0103\u0163arnic\u0103; \u00een cuv\u00e2ntul adev\u0103rului, \u00een puterea lui Dumnezeu, prin armele drept\u0103\u0163ii, cele de-a dreapta \u015fi cele de-a st\u00e2nga, prin slav\u0103 \u015fi necinste, prin def\u0103imare \u015fi laud\u0103; ca ni\u015fte am\u0103gitori, de\u015fi iubitori de adev\u0103r, ca ni\u015fte necunoscu\u0163i, de\u015fi bine cunoscu\u0163i, ca fiind pe pragul mor\u0163ii, de\u015fi iat\u0103 c\u0103 tr\u0103im, ca ni\u015fte pedepsi\u0163i, dar nu uci\u015fi\u201d (1; 3\u20139).<\/p>\n<p>\tDefini\u021bia slujitorului lui Dumnzeu \u00eencepe \u00eentr-un mod negativ \u0219i sf\u00e2r\u0219e\u0219te pozitiv. Noi am fi a\u0219teptat s\u0103 fie altfel. Aceasta este diferen\u021ba dintre lumea noastr\u0103 \u0219i lumea lui Dumnezeu. Dintre percep\u021bia noastr\u0103 asupra binelui \u0219i percep\u021bia Sa. Cum spunea o t\u00e2n\u0103r\u0103 m\u0103mic\u0103 despre faptul c\u0103 \u00eenainte de copii mai aveau \u0219i ei timp pentru ceva, acum nimic. \u0218i la fel despre cei din ASCOR, zicea c\u0103 to\u021bi au c\u00e2te un necaz ceva, parc\u0103 sunt blestema\u021bi. Ei bine, vedem c\u0103 nu este a\u0219a, vedem c\u0103 dac\u0103 sunt astea, suntem pe cale s\u0103 fim \u0219i noi slujitori ai Domnului. Iar stare\u021bul Iachint Uniculeac zicea c\u0103 suferin\u021ba este semnul alegerii, nu o d\u0103 Dumnezeu oricui pentru c\u0103 \u0219tie c\u0103 nu oricine o poate duce. Deci dac\u0103 vedem suferin\u021b\u0103 \u00een via\u021ba unui om, cu at\u00e2t mai mult \u00een via\u021ba unui om care se revendic\u0103 drept cre\u0219tin, \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 Dumnezeu deja i-a ascultat rug\u0103ciunea \u0219i lucreaz\u0103 cu putere.<\/p>\n<p>\tIar Sf\u00e2ntul Pavel se uit\u0103 \u00een inima sa \u0219i continu\u0103: \u201eCa ni\u015fte \u00eentrista\u0163i, dar pururea bucur\u00e2ndu-ne; ca ni\u015fte s\u0103raci, dar pe mul\u0163i \u00eembog\u0103\u0163ind; ca unii care n-au nimic, dar toate le st\u0103p\u00e2nesc\u201d (10). Adic\u0103, de\u0219i \u00een aparen\u021b\u0103 suntem \u00eentrista\u021bi \u0219i poate sim\u021bim \u0219i \u00een inima noastr\u0103 \u00eentristarea, dar, paradoxal, bucur\u00e2ndu-ne. Pentru c\u0103 este paradoxal\u0103 crucea. Aceast\u0103 cruce, pe care noi o numim d\u0103t\u0103toare de via\u021b\u0103. Dac\u0103 o tr\u0103im pentru Hristos, dac\u0103 o asum\u0103m pentru El, vine harul Duhului Sf\u00e2nt \u00een noi. Pentru c\u0103 Dumnezeu este aproape de robii S\u0103i prin harul Lui. Iar harul mereu bucur\u0103. Dar musai prin cruce.<\/p>\n<p>\t\u0218i de aici, deja este limbaj dumnezeiesc: \u201eDeci, fra\u021bilor, bucura\u021bi-v\u0103, des\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219i\u021bi-v\u0103, m\u00e2ng\u00e2ia\u021bi-v\u0103, fi\u021bi uni\u021bi \u00een cuget, tr\u0103i\u021bi \u00een pace \u0219i Dumnezeul dragostei \u0219i al p\u0103cii va fi cu voi\u201d (13, 11). Este extraordinar textul. \u0218i este bine s\u0103 \u00eel citim des, pentru c\u0103 este conform vie\u021bii de cre\u0219tin. Nu este slujitor al lui Dumnzeu \u00een istorie, care s\u0103 nu fi trecut prin acestea. Nu exist\u0103 alt traseu c\u0103tre Dumnezeu dec\u00e2t acesta. \u0218i e rost de bucurie, pentru c\u0103 prin toate acestea, Dumnezeu lucreaz\u0103 cu noi. \u00cens\u0103 doar prin aceast\u0103 suferin\u021b\u0103 asumat\u0103 \u00een Hristos. Altfel, suferin\u021ba mutileaz\u0103. Doar \u00een Hristos inima scap\u0103 de solzii p\u0103catului \u0219i se face liber\u0103, moale, sim\u021bitoare.<\/p>\n<p>\t\u00cen suferin\u021b\u0103 c\u0103ut\u0103m ajutorul. Noi \u00een general c\u0103ut\u0103m harul, dar \u00een suferin\u021b\u0103, cu at\u00e2t mai mult. C\u0103ut\u0103m solu\u021bii \u0219i le g\u0103sim, iar apoi inima se lipe\u0219te de Dumnezeu \u0219i aceea este m\u00e2ntuirea. Prin toate se face inima asta bun\u0103 \u0219i se lipe\u0219te de Dumnezeu ca o ventuz\u0103, iar apoi nu se mai dep\u0103rteaz\u0103 de El. C\u00e2nd L-a aflat pe Dumnezeu, s-a terminat cu altele. Acesta este paradoxul, c\u00e2nd \u00een mijlocul nenorocirilor inima \u00cel afl\u0103 pe Hristos. Este alt\u0103 lege. Pe care au tr\u0103it-o p\u0103rin\u021bii no\u0219tri \u00een \u00eenchisori. P\u0103rintele Sofronie o m\u0103rturise\u0219te. \u00cen ad\u00e2ncul poc\u0103in\u021bei, al dezn\u0103dejdii, al def\u0103im\u0103rii de sine, atunci Se descoper\u0103 Dumnezeu. Deci nu cum \u00cel a\u0219tept\u0103m noi, \u00een bine, \u00een bucurie, \u00een partea a doua a Apostolului. Nu. \u00cen prima parte a cuv\u00e2ntului Sf\u00e2ntului Pavel \u00cel \u00eent\u00e2lnim pe Dumnezeu. Cum zicea Sf\u00e2ntul Apostol Petru: \u201eSmeri\u021bi-v\u0103 sub m\u00e2na cea tare a lui Dumnezeu\u201d (1 Petru 5, 6).
