Father had to return to Romania because his religious visa expired.<\/p><p>Once in Romania, Father Serafim joined the monastic community of Saint Nicholas and Holy Hierarch Bretanion Monastery located in 23 August, Constan\u021ba County, within the Archdiocese of Tomis. This year, on December 6, the patronal feast of the monastery, Father Seraphim will be ordained a priest. We beseech the Good God to protect and strengthen him in the new ministry entrusted to him.<\/p><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3220 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/sfdumitru.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/jul2021_img-22.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"251\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sfdumitru.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/jul2021_img-22.jpg 400w, https:\/\/sfdumitru.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/jul2021_img-22-300x188.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sfdumitru.org\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/jul2021_img-22-16x10.jpg 16w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/p><p><strong>Fall Feast.<\/strong> The monastery\u2019s fall patronal feast, Saint Demetrius the New, is set to be celebrated on Saturday, October 23. We look forward to seeing you all.<\/p><p><strong>S\u0103rindar.<\/strong> Because the Romanian faithful received with great openness and desire last fall\u2019s series of forty Holy Liturgies, with the blessing of His Eminence Nicolae, we decided to celebrate another s\u0103rindar this fall. With God\u2019s help, we will begin this series on September 1. The Service of Forty Liturgies is especially beneficial for our reposed but also for the sick and, in general, for all those who have problems or need God\u2019s special help.<\/p><p><strong>Icons.<\/strong> With the blessing of His Eminence Nicolae, printed icons are mounted to wood in our monastery.<\/p><p><strong>Pure beeswax candles.<\/strong> Pure bees-wax candles are also made in our monastery to adorn the prayer of every Christian.
